Survival bracelets: named for a reason

It hadn’t really occurred to me to wonder why they were called survival bracelets…

I came across this video and what he said made total sense. It’s so you can undo it to have a length of cord available in a sticky situation! 

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with making other kinds of bracelets and wristbands with paracord, just don’t name them for survival. 😉
